Jayden Hernandez, a junior at Godinez High in California, won the Division 1 boys senior/invitational 3-mile race in 14:35.1 at the 48th Dana Hills Nike Invitational at Dana Hills High in Dana Point. Hernandez improved exactly one minute from his 38th-place finish at last year's meet to help Godinez place ninth overall with 260 points.
